Russia Sends Hundreds of Wounded Soldiers Back to the Front in Ukraine

Wounded Soldiers Forced Back into Battle

February 24, 2025, marks three years since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began. The war, which erupted in Eastern Europe, continues to claim numerous victims on both sides, with no resolution in sight.

Eyewitness testimonies from Russian soldiers wounded in Ukraine reveal that many received direct orders from their superiors to return to the front lines before receiving adequate medical treatment. Some of these soldiers suffered severe injuries, yet were still forced back into combat.

Documents recovered from deceased Russian soldiers indicate that many had been previously wounded, treated only superficially, and then sent back to fight. A former Russian soldier who managed to escape while on leave described his hospital treatment as rushed and inadequate. He was immediately summoned back to the battlefield.

Disturbing Footage of Injured Soldiers

Shocking footage shows wounded Russian soldiers being forcibly removed from hospitals by military police, still bearing fresh bandages and bruises. Other videos document soldiers struggling to walk on crutches in active battle zones, making them easy targets for Ukrainian drone units. The Orkina Army, in particular, has been exploiting these vulnerable troops, eliminating them with precision strikes.

In September last year, additional videos emerged showing Russian soldiers on crutches in the middle of the forest. One soldier is heard lamenting their helpless situation and the lack of medical assistance available to those forced to remain on the battlefield.

Heavy Casualties on Both Sides

According to Western intelligence estimates, since the war began in February 2022, Russia has lost approximately 800,000 soldiers, either killed or seriously wounded. The Russian government, however, denies these figures, claiming the actual numbers are much lower.

Ukrainian military casualties are estimated to be around 500,000, with between 80,000 and 100,000 confirmed fatalities.
